针刺配合心理疏导治疗抑郁症引起失眠30例

Acupuncture Combined with Psychological Counseling in the Treatment of Insomnia Caused by Depression for 30 Cases

目的观察针刺配合心理疏导治疗抑郁症引起失眠的临床效果。方法随机将60例患者分为对照组和治疗组。对照组口服西药(氟西汀)进行治疗。每日20 mg,1次/日,共治疗4个疗程。治疗组在对照组的基础上予针刺配合心理疏导同时进行治疗。针刺百会、旁神聪、足三里、太冲、太阳(双)、印堂、安眠(双)等穴。每日针刺1次,10次为1个疗程,共治疗4个疗程。病程过程中进行适当的心理疏导,用顺其自然法、认知行为治疗、音乐疗法,观察患者每天的心理变化。进行临床治疗效果观察。结果治疗组的总有效率为86.67%,高于对照组的总有效率80.00%(P<0.05)。结论针刺配合心理疏导治疗抑郁症引起失眠患者的临床效果明显。

Proper psychological counseling was given in the process of the course of the disease, and combined with natural law,cognitive behavior therapy, music therapy, psychological change every day. The clinical effect was observed. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.67%. The total effective rate of the control group was 80.00%. Conclusion The acupuncture combined with psychological counseling in the treatment of insomnia caused by depression has significantly clinical effect.
