中医护理干预神经根型颈椎病患者的应用

The application of TCM nursing in the intervention of radicular cervical spondylosis

目的探讨中医护理干预在神经根型颈椎病患者中的应用效果。方法选取2015年12月—2016年12月接受治疗的60例神经根型颈椎病患者进行研究,将所有患者随机分为试验组和对照组,每组30例,对照组予以常规护理干预,试验组予以中医护理干预,试验结束后,对2组患者住院时间、住院费用、健康教育评分、满意度评分以及治疗前后疼痛评分进行比较分析。结果试验组患者住院时间、住院费用、健康教育评分、满意度评分以及疼痛评分明显低于对照组,P<0.05。结论对神经根型颈椎病患者护理过程中,实行中医护理干预可有效提高患者满意度以及对健康知识掌握水平,还可减轻痛苦,缩短住院时间,减轻患者经济负担,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of TCM nursing intervention in patients with radicular cervical spondylosis. Methods 60 patients with cervical spondylosis of nerve root type between December 2015 and December 2015 in our hospital were selected. All patients were randomly divided into two groups, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, and the experimental group was given TCM nursing intervention. After the experiment, the duration of hospitalization,hospitalization expenses, health education satisfaction score, score and pain score were compared before and after treatment. Results The hospitalization time, hospitalization cost, healthy education score, satisfaction score and pain score of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group P〈0.05. Conclusion TCM nursing intervention in patients with radicular cervical spondylosis caneffectively improve patient satisfaction and health knowledge level, but also can reduce pain, shorten the length of stay, reduce the patient＇s financial burden, it is worthy of clinical application.
