摘要
目的建立HPLC法测定夏枯草散结胶囊中熊果酸的含量。方法采用C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相:甲醇-水(85∶12),流速:1.0 m L/min,检测波长:210 nm的色谱条件测定熊果酸的含量。结果熊果酸的线性范围为0.252~1.258μg,r=0.9997,平均回收率为98.17%,R SD=1.36%。结论该方法灵敏度高、分离度好、重现性好,可作为该制剂的质量控制方法。
Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of ursolic acid in prunella Sanjie capsule Methods The procedure of HPLC was performed on the chromatographic column of C 18( 250 mm x 4.6 mm, 5 μm), and the mobile phase was methanol-water(85:12). The flow velocity was l m L/min and detection wave length was 210 nm. Results Ursolic acid showed good linear relationship in the range of 0.252~1.258μg, and the average recovery rate was 98.17%, RSD=1.36%. Conclusion The method has high sensitivity, good separation and good reproducibility, and can be used as the quality control method of the preparation.
