摘要
随着生活节奏的加快,滑胎在适龄生育妇女中的发病率逐渐升高,不仅在生理,也在心理上给患者带来极大的痛苦,受到越来越多人们的关注,成为全世界共同面对的难题。中医对"滑胎"病症的认识源远流长,无论在病因病机还是治疗方法上都是伟大的宝库。本文研习整理20余部相关古今文献,通过总结分析该病在病因病机及治疗方面的学术思想渊源,为治疗本病提供学术指导及临床依据,并进一步继承和发展祖国医学。
With the quickening pace of modern life, women,of-child-bearing-age habitual abortion increases gradually, making patients suffer a lot both physiologically and psychologically. Therefore it gets attention from more and more people and becomes a conundrum faced by the whole world. Traditional Chinese medicine has been studying it for quite a long time, and hence researchers could learn lot about its etiology, pathogenesis as well as its treatments from the classics of TCM. In this paper, 20 classics have been studied. Through summarizing and analyzing the origins of academic thoughts on its etiology, pathogenesis and treatments, the authors tried to provide some academic guidance and clinical basis, and made further inheritance and development of traditional Chinese medicine.
