益气养阴活血方治疗糖尿病冠心病30例

Tonifying Qi and Nourishing Yin for Activating Blood Prescription in the Treatment of Diabetes with Coronary Heart Disease for 30 Cases

目的观察益气养阴活血方治疗糖尿病冠心病患者的临床疗效。方法将60例糖尿病冠心病稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各30例。对照组仅予以常规西药治疗;观察组在常规西药治疗的基础上予自拟益气养阴活血方。3个月后比较2组患者的治疗效果及血糖、血脂水平。结果观察组总有效率为90.0%,明显高于对照组的67.8%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组在血糖及血脂方面的改善程度明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益气养阴活血化瘀法治疗糖尿病冠心病效果明显,可有效控制血糖、血脂水平,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of tonifying -qi-nourishing-yin-activating blood decoction （TQNYAXD） in treating diabetes with coronary heart disease （CHD） . Methods 60 patients of diabetes with CHD were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine. The observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine TQNYAXD on the basis of routine Western medicine treatment. After 3 months of treatment, the therapeutic effects, blood glucose and blood lipid levels of the two groups were compared. Results The effective rate of the observation group was 90% which was significantly higher than 67.8% of the control group （P 〈 0.05） . The improvement of the observation group in blood glucose and blood lipid was significantly better than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05） . Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine TQNYAXD is effective in treating diabetes with CHD. It can effectively improve blood sugar and blood lipid level, and is worthy of clinical application.
