中西医结合治疗妇女绝经后骨质疏松症的临床研究

Clinical Study on Therapy of Integrated Medicine in the Treatment of Osteoporosis in Postmenopausal Women

目的观察中西医结合治疗的临床疗效。方法选择60例绝经后有骨质疏松症的患者为观察对象,中医以熟地山茱萸川芎汤(熟地黄、山茱萸、山药、云苓、泽泻、丹皮、鹿茸、仙灵脾、巴戟天、川芎、当归、甘草、乌附片、白芍)为主方,视其肾阴、肾阳、肾气虚随症加减治疗;西医用钙尔奇、阿仑膦酸钠、阿托伐他汀、盐酸雷洛昔芬、戊酸雌二醇、醋酸甲羟孕酮,3个疗程后评价疗效。结果 3个疗程后显效40例,占66.67%;有效19例,占31.67%;无效1例,占0.16%,总有效率为98.34%。结论中西医结合治疗绝经后骨质疏松症有效率高,疗效确切。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of therapy of integrated medicine in the treatment of osteoporosis in postmenopansal women. Methods 60 patients who have osteoporosis in postmenopausal period were selected as objects. We applied Shudi Shan Zhuyu Chuanxiong decoction. According to the condition of the kidney, every patient took a pill one day, and kept using the pill one month as a course. After 3 courses, we evaluated the therapeutic effect, and measured the level of serum hormone and the standard of bone mineral density. Results After 3 courses, 40 patients had apparent improvement, accounting for 66.67% of the whole; 19 cases had great improvement, accounting for 31.67%, and one case had no improvement, accounting for 0.16%. The general efficient rate was 98.34%. Conclusion Therapy of integrated medicine in the treatment of osteoporosis in postmenopausal women has significant effect.
