针灸结合补肾育子汤促女性卵泡发育的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Acupuncture and Moxibustion Combined with Bushen Yuzi Decoction for Improving Female Follicular Development

目的研究分析针灸结合补肾育子汤促女性卵泡发育的临床效果。方法选取2014年12月—2016年12月我院接收的卵泡发育不良患者106例,随机分为研究组和对照组,各为53例,2组患者均口服克罗米芬进行治疗,在此基础上,对照组应用补肾育子汤进行治疗,研究组应用针灸结合补肾育子汤进行治疗,对比2组的总有效率、优势卵泡发育率、排卵率、卵泡成熟天数、妊娠率、内膜厚度、三线征阳性情况以及宫颈黏液评分。结果研究组的总有效率优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者的优势卵泡发育率、排卵率、妊娠率高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者卵泡成熟天数与对照组比较差别无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组患者的内膜厚度、三线征阳性情况以及宫颈黏液评分均比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论针灸结合补肾育子汤促女性卵泡发育的临床效果较好,具有较高的临床应用价值,应予以推广采纳。

Objective To study and analyze the clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Bushen Yuzi decoction for improving female follicular development. Methods 106 cases of patients with poor ovarian follicle development in our hospital from December 2014 to December 2016 were randomly divided into study group and control group. Two groups of patients were given clomiphene treatment. On this basis, the control group was given Bushen Yuzi decoction, and the study group used acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Bushen Yuzi decoction. The total effective rate, dominant follicular development rate, ovulation rate, follicle maturation days, pregnancy rate, endometrial thickness, three line sign positive situation and cervical mucus score were compared between the 2 groups. Results The total effective rate of the study group was better than that of the control group （P〈 0.05） . The dominant follicle development rate, ovulation rate, pregnancy rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05） . The study group was compared with the control group of patients with follicular maturity days, and there had no significant difference （P〉0.05） . The endometrial thickness of patients, three cases positive line sign and cervical mucus scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group （P〈0.05） . Conclusion The acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Bushen Yuzi decoction for improving female follicular development has good clinical effect, it has high value in clinical application, and should be popularized and adopted.
