基于经典理论背俞穴针罐疗法的临床思路浅析

Analysis on the Clinical Practice Thinking of Back-shu Points Acu-cupping Based on Classical Theory

本文通过总结《内经》等经典在应用背俞诊断疾病、调节脏腑气机以及背俞穴取穴规则等方面的特点,探讨经典对临床运用背俞穴针罐疗法的指导作用,以及探敏取穴、直刺背俞穴、针罐结合等的理论依据。

In this paper, we tried to explore the guiding role of classics in the clinical application of back-shu acu-cupping therapy through the summary of classics such as Canon of Internal Medicine in the application of back-shu to diagnosing the disease, regulating the organs and the method of back-shu points selection. And we have particularly disscussed the theoretical basis in the aspects of exploring sensitive points, straightly piercing back-shu points, and the combination of acupuncture and cupping.
