扶阳穴位贴敷法治疗肺胀寒饮停肺证临床观察

Clinical Observation on Strengthening Yang-qi Acupoint Application in the Treatment of Lung-distension with Syndrome of Cold Fluid Retained in Lung

目的探讨扶阳穴位贴敷法治疗肺胀寒饮停肺证的临床疗效。方法选择2014年1月—2016年9月来我科住院治疗的120例肺胀寒饮停肺证患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组A、B、C组,在西医常规治疗及中医辨证施治基础上,对照组不予子龙散穴位贴敷,治疗组予子龙散穴位贴敷,治疗A组赋形剂为温开水,B组赋形剂为醋,C组赋形剂为姜汁,每组各30例。1个疗程后评价各组的疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为83.33%,明显高于对照组63.33%(P<0.05)。结论扶阳穴位贴敷法治疗肺胀寒饮停肺证安全有效,配以姜汁可提高子龙散温阳化饮之功效。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of strengthening yang-qi acupoint application in the treatment of lung-distension with syndrome of cold fluid retained in lung. Methods From January 2014 to September 2014 in our department, 120 cases of lung- distension with syndrome of cold fluid retained in lung patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group A, group B and group C. On the basis of conventional Western medicine treatment and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation, The Zilong powder acupoint sticking therapy was not applied in the control group. The treatment group used Zilong powder acupoint sticking therapy, the treatment group A excipient for warm boiled water, B group of exeipients for vinegar, group C excipient ginger juice, with 30 cases in each group. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 83.33% which was significantly higher than 63.33% of the control group （P〈0.05） . Conclusion Strengthening yang-qi aeupoint application therapy of Lung-distension with cold fluid retained in lung syndrome is safe and effective, and ginger juice can improve the efficacy of Zilong powder on warming drink.
