针刺联合推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床观察

The Clinical Observation on Acupuncture Combined with Massage in the Treatment of Prolapse of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc

目的观察针刺联合推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法将100例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为试验组和对照组,各50例,2组患者均给予常规推拿治疗,试验组在对照组的基础上给予针刺治疗,共治疗3个疗程,治疗结束后比较2组患者的治疗效果。结果 2组患者在治疗后均有改善(P<0.05),试验组效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针刺联合推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症效果显著。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with massage in the treatment of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc. Methods 100 patients were randomly divided into control groups and observation group, with 50 each group in each group. Both groups were given massage treatment, and the observation group was given the treatment of accupuncture on the base of the control group. They were treated for a total of 3 courses of treatment. After treatment, the curative effect of the two groups was evaluated. Conclusion The clinical symptoms can be significantly improved by acupuncture and massage treatment.
