个性化中医口腔护理应用于扁桃体术后的效果分析

Analysis on Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Personalized Oral Nursing Care for Tonsil Surgery

目的比较扁桃体术后传统的盐水棉球口腔护理效果与个性化中医口腔护理效果的差异,探讨个性化口腔护理在扁桃体术后的应用价值。方法选取2015年6月—2017年6月在本院行扁桃体切除术的60例患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组各30例。其中对照组采用传统的盐水棉球口腔护理法,观察组采用本院设计的个性化中医口腔护理法。治疗5 d后,对比分析2组患者的护理效果及口腔舒适度。结果观察组中口腔护理的优良率为97.00%,明显高于对照组的67.00%,且观察组患者口腔舒适度优良率为97.00%,明显高于对照组的60.00%(均P<0.05)。结论个性化中医口腔护理能改善患者口腔卫生状况,减轻术后疼痛,同时能够降低患者口腔感染的几率,值得推广应用。

Objective To compare the difference of traditional oral nursing care and personalized traditional Chinese medicine oral nursing care for tonsil surgery, and to explore the application value of personalized oral nursing care for tonsil surgery. Methods 60 patients treated with tonsil surgery were selected in our hospital from July 2016 to July 2017 were randomly divided irlto the observation group （30 cases） and the control group （30 cases） . The control group was treated with traditional oral nursing care, and the observation group was treated with personalized oral nursing care of traditional Chinese medicine designed by our hospital. The nursing effect and oral comfort between the two groups were compared after 5 days＇ treatment. Results The excellent and good rate of oral care in the observation group was 97.00%, which was significantly higher than 67.00% in the control group. The excellent and good rate of patients with oral comfort in the observation group was 97%, which was significantly higher than 60.00% of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05） . Conclusion Personalized oral nursing care can improve the oral health status of the patients, alleviate patient＇s pain and reduce the chance of infection in patients with oral cavity at the same time, and is worthy of popularization and application.
