以电陶炉作为中药炮制实验教学火源的适用性研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的为了与现代药厂饮片生产模式更好地接轨,同时量化中药炮制的"火力"表述,培养学生规范化的炮制技能,将原有的液化气火源改为温度可控性更强的电陶炉,并对其适用性进行研究。方法以电陶炉为火源加热空锅,并结合在线红外测温仪对其加热性能及与传统液化气加热"火力"间的关系进行系统考察,获得电陶炉炒制的"火力"控制方法。结果在使用电陶炉炒制时,可先采用900 W、1000 W、1200 W火力这3个火力加热到传统"文火""中火""武火"所需的温度后,再将火力调小至400 W、500 W、600 W,以维持相应的温度。结论实验结果经学生实验验证有效可行,可用于指导电陶炉在中药炮制实验教学中的应用。 Objective In order to better meet the modern pharmaceutical production pattern of Pieces, and quantify the " fire" expression of processing Chinese material medica, we changed the original beating source from liquefied gas to electric ceramic heater whose temperature is more controllable, and studied the applicability of electric ceramic heater. Methods The pan was heated empty by electric ceramic beater. Combined with the on-line infrared thermometer, we studied the relationship between the beating performance of the electric ceramic heater and that of the traditional I' fire" and thus obtained the heating-control method of the electric ceramic heater. Results When using electric ceramic heater to process medicine, the students can use 900W, 1000W and 1200W to fire the medicine to certain temperatures that represented traditional " mild fire" and " strong fire" respectively, and then reduced the fire to 400W, 500W and 600W to maintain the temperatures. Conclusion The results are verified to be feasible, and can be used to guide the application of electric ceramic heater in experimental teaching of processing Chinese materia medica.
