中医药治疗2型糖尿病研究概况

The General Research Situation of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes

2型糖尿病以"三多一少"为主要临床特征,为糖尿病主要类型,近年来发病率居高不下,中医称之为消渴,病机以"阴虚内热"为主,但随着疾病进展及不同时期,病机并不是一成不变的,准确掌握病机及辨证是有效治疗的前提,本文旨在介绍不同时期消渴的不同病机及辨证汤剂、针灸治疗简况,以期进一步指导临床应用。

Type 2 diabetes with ＂ three things are many, one thing is little＂ as the main clinical features, is the main type of diabetes, and the incidence rate is high in recent years. Traditional Chinese medicine called diabetes pathogenesis based on ＂ yin asthenia generating intrinsic heat＂ , but as the disease progresses and different periods, the pathogenesis is not immutable and frozen, accurately grasp the patbogenesis, and differentiation is the premise of effective the treatment. This paper aims to introduce the different periods of the different disease and syndrome differentiation, acupuncture and moxibustion treatment, in order to further guide the clinical application.
