摘要
以问题为基础的PBL教学模式以学生为中心,能调动学生的主观能动性,不再依赖于老师,而是主动掌控课堂,在讨论的过程中逐步培养临床思维能力,为进一步的临床医疗活动打下基础。黄疸病篇在《中医内科学》中是较重要的章节,黄疸是临床常见病证,所涉及的知识点较多。采用多媒体病例结合PBL的教学模式能使学生更好地掌握黄疸病篇的相关知识,且能提高学生分析问题、解决问题的能力,在教学活动中应广泛推广应用。
The PBL teaching mode is student-centered, can arouse students' subjective initiative, no longer rely on teachers, but take the initiative to control the class, gradually cultivate clinical thinking ability in the course of the discussion to lay the foundation for further clinical practice. The article of jaundice is an important chapter in internal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine. It is a common disease in clinic, and involves a lot of knowledge. The case of multimedia combined with PBL teaching mode can make students better grasping the related knowledge of jaundice disease, and can improve the students' ability to analyze and solve problems, should be widely applied in teaching activities.
