中西医结合骨伤科学手法教学网络视频库建设的研究

中西医结合骨伤科学是高等西医院校中西医结合专业学生的重要临床课程之一,其中的骨伤手法内容具有教学内容实践性强、操作性强、内容多等特点。采用多媒体计算机技术,尤其是网络技术进行教学,是现代教育改革的一大趋势,是保证教学质量的重要手段,视频库作为网络教学的一个重要组成部分,正发挥越来越大的作用。本文主要阐述了《中西医结合骨伤科学》骨伤手法教学网络视频库的建设思路,提出了制作视频的原则及方法,探讨了应用网络视频库在教学中的重要意义。

The orthopedics and traumatology of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine is one of the important clinical courses for students majored in integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in Western medicine colleges. The manipulation technique of orthopedics and traumatology, as one of its main components, has the characteristic of practicality, strong operability and complexity. Using multimedia, especially network technology in teaching, is now a trend of modern education reform and an important mean to ensure the quality of teaching, and video library, as an important part of web-based teaching, is playing more and more significant role. This article mainly expounded the construction research of web-based manipulation video library for orthopedics and traumatology of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine, put forward the principle and methods of making video resources, and discussed the significance of application of web-based video library in teaching.
