中国穴位埋线疗法系列讲座(62) 杨氏3A+疗法“肘五针”埋线针刀治疗尺骨鹰嘴滑囊炎疗效观察

Series Primary Lecture about Acupoint Embedding Thread Therapy(62) Clinical Observation on Yang's 3A+ Therapy at "Zhouwuzhen" and Embedding Thread Acupotomy in the Treatment of Olecranon Bursitis

目的观察杨氏3A+疗法—"肘五针"埋线针刀治疗尺骨鹰嘴滑囊炎的临床治疗效果。方法将210例尺骨鹰嘴滑囊炎患者随机分为观察组110例和对照组100例,治疗组采用杨氏3A+疗法"肘五针"治疗,对照组采用传统的针灸疗法结合常规推拿按摩治疗,1个疗程后对比2组临床疗效。结果治疗组:治愈72例,显效28例,好转6例,无效4例,总有效率96.0%;对照组:治愈32例,显效28例,好转20例,无效20例,总有效率80.4%;2组总有效率比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论杨氏3A+疗法—"肘五针"治疗尺骨鹰嘴滑囊炎临床疗效明显,值得临床借鉴和推广使用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Yang＇s 3A ＋ therapy at ＂ zhouwuzhen＂ and embedding thread acupotomy in the treatment of olecranon bursitis. Methods 210 patients with olecranon bursitis were randomly divided into treatment group of 110 cases and control group of 100 eases. The patients in treatment group with Yang＇s 3A ＋ therapy at ＂ zhouwuzhen＂ , while the patients in control group were treated with traditional acupuncture combined with conventional massage therapy. The clinical effect after one course was observed. Results In the treatment group, 72 cases were cured, 28 cases were markedly effective, 6 cases were improved, 4 cases were invalid, and the total effective rate was 96%. In the control group, 32 cases were cured, 28 cases were markedly effective, 20 cases were improved, 20 cases were invalid, and the total effective rate was 80.4%. The total effective of two groups were significant difference （P〈0.05） . Conclusion The clinical effect of Yang＇s 3A ＋ therapy at ＂ zhouwuzhen＂ for oleeranon bursitis is obviously superior to the traditional acupuncture combined with conventional massage therapy, and it is worthy of clinical reference and promotion.
