背俞穴针罐疗法对高尿酸血症U-ALB/Cr的影响

The Effect of Therapy of Back-shu Points Acu-cupping on Hyperuricemia U-ALB/Cr

目的观察背俞穴针罐疗法对无症状高尿酸血症尿微量白蛋白肌酐比(U-ALB/Cr)的影响,以探讨防止高尿酸血症早期肾功能损害的有效方法。方法选择无症状高尿酸血症U-ALB/Cr阳性者87例,随机分观察组(入选45例,因不能坚持治疗脱组8例,实际统计37例)采用背俞穴针罐疗法,每周治疗3次,4周为1疗程,连续观察3个疗程;对照组(入选42例,因药物反应脱组9例,实际统计33例)口服别嘌呤醇,4周为1个疗程,连续3个疗程。结果在对U-ALB/Cr的影响方面,观察组有明显的逆转作用,37例有22例降为正常值,占59.46%,>300 mg/g的由12例减少为2例,下降率为83.33%,100~300mg/g的由16例减少为4例,下降率为75%;对照组对U-ALB/Cr的逆转作用不确切,33例仅有3例降为正常值,占9.09%,>300 mg/g的由9例减少为5例,下降率为44.44%,100~300 mg/g的由13例减少为9例,下降率为30.77%,30~100 mg/g的由11例增加到16例。结论背俞穴针罐疗法对无症状高尿酸血症者U-ALB/Cr有明显的逆转作用,且有降低血尿酸的作用,未发生不良反应。

Objective To discusses the effective methods to prevent the early renal failure of hyperuricemia by observing the effect of therapy of back-shu points acu-cupping on asymptomatic hyperuricemia urine microalbumin creatinine ratio（U-ALB/Cr）. Methods We Selected 87 cases who were asymptomatic hyperuricemia but U-ALB/Cr positive, and they were randomly divide into two groups,the observation group（ selected 45 cases, 8 of which could not adhere to the treatment, the actual statistics were 37 cases） was treated with back-shu points acu-cupping, three times a week, four weeks were a course of treatment, continuously observing three courses. The control group（ selected 42 cases, 9 of which were excluded because of drug reaction, the actual statistics were 33 cases） was treated with oral allopurinol, four weeks were a course of treatment, continuously observing three courses. Results The observation group had a significant reversal effect on the urine microalbumin creatinine ratio（U-ALB/Cr）, of the 37 cases, 22 were reduced to normal, accounting for 59.46%, 〉300 mg/g reduced from 12 cases to 2 cases, the rate of decline was 83.33%, 100-300 mg/g from 16 cases to 4 cases, the rate of decline was 75%. The reversal effect of the control group on the urine microalbumin creatinine ratio（ U-ALB/Cr） was unclear. In the 33 cases, only 3 cases were reduced to normal, accounting for 9.09%, 〉300 mg/g from 9 cases to 5 cases, the rate of decline was 44.44%, 100-300 mg/g decreased from 13 cases to 9 cases, accounting for 30.77%, 30-100 mg/g increased from 11 to 16 patients. Conclusion Back-shu points acu-cupping has a significant reversal effect on asymptomatic hyperuricemia U-ALB/Cr, it can also reduce blood uric acid, and no adverse reactions have occurred.
