摘要
《道德经》有丰富的养生思想,"静曰复命"之养生观尤为突出,其体现在生活的诸多方面,慢饮食是养生的妙方,好睡眠是养生的基础,静心神是养生的核心,它与现代"慢生活"是一脉相承的。世界万物,只有平静下来、慢下来,才能延续生命、延年益寿;如私欲不止,患得患失,终日内心惶恐不安,心神无法安宁,就会疾病丛生,半百而衰。
The Tao Teh King has profound health-preservation theories, especially the one stating that " the stillness may be called a reporting that they have fulfilled their appointed end" which is embodied in various aspects of modern life. A slow-paced diet is the nostrum of health preservation, a good sleep its base and mental tranquility its core. This theory is consistent with the modern " slow life". Everything in this world, only calming down, slowing down, can extend and prolong life. If someone desires more than he needs, be swayed by considerations of gain and loss, suffers all day long heart panic and cannot rest his mind and he will catch diseases and wither merely in his fifties.
