摘要
目的建立测定金银岗梅颗粒中栀子苷含量的方法;方法采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法。色谱柱为YMC-Pack O DS-A(250×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相以水为流动相A,以乙腈为流动相B,检测波长:240 nm,流速为1.0 m L/min,进样量为10μL。结果栀子苷质量浓度线性范围在3.14~62.70μg/m L(r=0.99999,n=6),平均加样回收率为102.73%,RSD为0.72%。结论本方法结果准备、快速、简便、专属性好,重现性良好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective To establish high performance liquid chromatography( HPLC) for determining the content of geniposide in Jinyin Gangmei granules. Methods The HPLC method was used. The chromatogram conditions were YMC-Pack ODS-A( 250 ×4.6 mm, 5μm) column. The mobile phase A was water. The mobile phase B was acetonitrile. The detection wavelength was 240 nm,flow rate was 1.0 ml/min, and the injection volume was 10 ul. Results Geniposide concentration linear range was 3.14 -62.70μg/ml(r=0.99999, n=6), and the average recovery was 102.73% with RSD of 0.72%. Conclusion The mothod is accurate, rapid, simple and specific, and has reproducibility. The method can be used for the quality control of the preparation.
