基于多信息系统协作网络的手术室管理

Management of operation room based on multi-information collaborative network

目的探讨多信息系统协作网络的设计方案及临床实践效果。方法通过设计开发手机APP端移动办公系统、考勤及工作量计算系统与在原有基础上升级的医院信息系统、人力资源系统及手术麻醉信息系统实现多信息系统协作网络,实现了多系统协同、多数据共享及处理应用。协作网络以内网作为主要使用平台、手术麻醉系统为主要使用系统,与医院信息系统、临床信息系统、APP端移动办公系统、指纹考勤及工时自动计算系统等系统高度集成;包括4个主要模块,即智能排班系统模块、手术麻醉系统同步模块、考勤及工时计算模块和移动办公APP模块。比较协作网络运行前后工作时间占比、护士对信息系统的满意度。结果使用协作网络后,单位时间手术量从(18.25±5.58)台/h上升到(18.64±4.99)台/h(t=2.652,P=0.008);非手术时间占比从42.37%下降到28.78%(χ~2=152.211,P=0.035);护士对信息系统的满意度高于使用前(Z=12.110,P=0.001)。结论协作网络的应用优化了人力资源配置,提高了护理工作的质量、效率及护士的满意度。

Objective To explore the effects of multi-information system collaborative network used in managing operation room. Methods System collaboration,data sharing and application usage were achieved by integrating the developed App mobile office system,attendance and workload calculation system,the original hospital information system,human resources system,and anesthesia information system. Collaborative network used intranet as the main platform. The anesthesia information system was the main operating system. It was highly integrated with the hospital information system,clinical information system,the APP mobile office system,and attendance and workload calculation system. It had 4 modules including intelligent scheduling system,anesthesia synchronization system, attendance and working hours calculation module,and mobile APP module. Nurse＇s satisfaction with the system and ratio of working hours were compared before and after the network implementation. Results After the network was used,the average proportion of operating time increased from 18.25±5.55 to 18.64±4.99 （t=2.652,P=0.008）. The proportion of non-operative time decreased from 42.37% to 28.78%（X2=152.211 ,P=0.035）. Nurses＇ satisfaction with the information system increased by 20.96%（Z=12.110,P=0.001）. Conclusion The application of collaborative network can optimize human resource allocation and improve the quality,efficiency and nurse＇s satisfaction.
