摘要
目的探讨在社区护理学课程中加强关怀教育的方法及效果。方法以感知(sense patient's needs,S)-帮助(help patient out,H)-共情(acknowledge patient's feelings,A)-尊重(respect patient's dignity and privacy,R)-告知(explain what's happening,E)(SHARE)为框架编写案例,通过e-教学平台,在社区护理学课程的在线教学中,组织学生对某人群的人文关怀进行讨论并点评。要求学生在每次社区实践后对实践活动中关怀与被关怀的体验进行反思,并记反思日记。比较干预前后210名护理本科生的人文关怀能力得分。结果干预后,学生人文关怀能力得分高于干预前。结论在社区护理学课程中应用基于SHARE框架的在线关怀教育能够提高护理本科生的人文关怀能力。
Objective To evaluate the effects of strengthening caring education used in Community Nursing course. Methods Cases were developed based on the framework of SHARE(sense patient's needs,help patient out, acknowledge patient's feelings,respect patient's dignity and privacy and explain what's happening) in Community Nursing. The instructors guided the students to discuss the humanistic care of some particular populations through e-teaching platform. Students were required to keep diaries and have some self-reflection after each community practice. The scores of students' humanities ability before and after the intervention were analyzed. Results After the intervention,scores of student's humanistic ability were higher than these before the intervention. Conclusion The application and practice of the caring education based on the framework of SHARE online in community nursing curriculum can improve the humanistic care competency of nursing undergraduates.
