摘要
由12名专家组成"校企结合、校际结合"教材开发团队,对110名护理人员采用书面问卷与实地访谈结合的方法进行前期调研,根据调研的岗位工作要素、能力要求及学生认知能力,确定教材架构,甄选教学内容。《护理技能综合实训一体化教程》框架环节包括:"学习目标""学习任务""想一想""显一显身手""结果标准""小贴士""分享成功""知识达人:目标检测"。该教材以完成"医嘱"为实践训练任务的主线,将护理技能单项操作与临床专科护理实践有机整合、关联,构建完整的护理工作过程。教材出版后在2所中等职业卫生学校护理与助产专业护理技术实训课程中使用,得到了学生和教师的认可。
Twelve experts worked as a team and developed this integrated course on the basis of the cooperation among schools,medical organizations,and enterprises. The team investigated 110 nurses through questionnaire survey and interviews. The framework and contents were identified according to the position requirements,abilities requirements and students' cognition. Framework of the course included "learning objeetives""assignments""having a think""showing yourself""outcome criteria""tips" "success sharing" , and "knowledge talent:objective assessment". "Completing doctors' instructions" was the main task of the course. It integrated different nursing skills into clinical nursing practice,and then constructed a complete nursing process. After publication,the teaching materials were used and approved by students majoring in nursing and midwifery and teachers in 2 vocational health schools.
