摘要
护理学院以和养老机构合作办学为平台,通过实施相关举措着力建设"双师型"师资队伍,如运用"微型教学培训""师带徒"等方法强化专职教师的教学能力,制订进修学习制度、鼓励考取职业资格证书加强专职教师的老年护理职业技能,通过校企双方教师集体备课、开展临床带教指导等措施加强对校外兼职教师和临床带教教师的教育培训。这些举措推动专业建设发展,同时得到了学生的普遍认可,但仍然存在一些问题需要继续研究与完善。
The cooperation between our school and elderly care agencies was regarded as the team building platform. The following measures were used to build up the "double-quality" teacher team,such as "micro-teaching training" and "apprenticeship". The professional geriatric nursing skills were strengthened through encouraging further education and obtaining qualification certificate. Training of those staff who were part-time was carried out by preparing the class together and clinical teaching guidance. All these measures were well accepted by the students. However,there are still some problems which need further research and discussion.
