摘要
随着人们生活质量日渐提高,对食品的生理功能和营养价值要求也越来越高,而藜麦因其营养价值全面、开发利用价值高引起研发者的普遍关注。综述了藜麦的营养成分、作用及其在食品、日用化工、农业和医药方面的应用现状及存在的问题,并提出建议措施,旨在探讨藜麦产品研发新思路,为藜麦相关产品的研发提供参考。
With the increasing of quality of people's life, physiological function and nutritional value of foods are increasingly high requirements, and quinoa due to its nutritional value and comprehensive utilization value of high attention of the developer. This paper reviews the role of nutritional components, and its application in food,industry, agriculture and medicine and problems of quinoa, and puts forward suggestions and measures, aims to explore the new ideas of quinoa product development, to provide a reference for the future development of quinoa related products.
