摘要
玉米褪绿斑驳病毒(Maize chlorotic mottle virus,MCMV)是我国进境植物检疫性有害生物,与马铃薯Y病毒科的部分病毒复合侵染导致玉米致死性坏死病。利用Maxent模型,分析预测了MCMV在当前和未来气候条件下的潜在地理分布区。结果显示,MCMV在全球的适生区主要集中在大洋洲东部局部地区,亚洲、非洲、北美洲的南部地区,南美洲的西北和东北部地区;在我国的适生区范围主要集中在中部和南部地区。根据预测结果,提出对MCMV的防控措施建议。
Maize chlorotic mottle virus (MCMV) was on plant quarantine pest list of the People's Republic of China, which caused Corn Lethal Necrosis Disease (CLND) with co-infection of a few viruses in Potyviridae. Our research predicted potential geographical distribution of MCMV under current climate scenario and two kinds of climate scenarios in 2050 based on Maxent model. The result showed that MCMV could partially occur in the east of Oceania, the south of Asia, Africa and North America, and the northwest and northest of South America, and suitable regions of MCMV covered the middle and southern part in China. Suggestions on prevention and control of MCMV were discussed.
