从党章看党的指导思想创新规律

The Laws Governing the Innovation of the CPC's Guiding Thought Based on Its Constitution

中国共产党第十九次全国代表大会对党的章程进行了修改,新修改的党章对党的指导思想有着规范性的表述。从党章的表述来看,中国共产党指导思想的创新有四个规律:时代是指导思想创新之母;实践是指导思想创新之源;继承与发展是指导思想创新的理论之基;以人民为中心是指导思想创新的宗旨。把握党的指导思想创新规律,对于自觉坚持党的指导思想,不断推进党的理论创新。

At the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China （CPC）, the Constitution of the CPC was amended. The newly revised Constitution has a normative description of the Party＇s guiding thought. According to description of the Constitution, there are four laws governing the innovation of the CPC＇s guiding thought： the times is mother of the innovation of the guiding thought; practice is the source; inheritance and development are the theoretical basis; centering on the people is the purpose. Grasping the law of innovation of the Party＇s guiding thought has important theoretical and practical significance for consciously upholding the Party＇s guiding thought and continuously promoting the Party＇s theoretical innovation.
