Re-creating the Community of Villages in the Context of the “Internet Plus”

我国乡村中村落共同体日渐衰微,致使基层社会治理面临困境。随着"互联网+"时代的来临,村落共同体的重塑迎来新机遇。通过网络社会与实体社会的相互融合,利用互联网技术实现村落外出村民与留守村民之间的城乡联动、基层政府与村民之间的上下联动,营造出新型的村落共同体,促进乡村社会的稳定、有序、和谐。

The community of villages in rural China is getting weak, which makes it difficult to manage the primary-level community. With the incoming era of ＂Internet ＋＂, the reconstruction of village community has embraced new opportunities. Through the fusion of the real society and the network, the Internet technology can help to maintain the close ties between villagers working in the city and those staying at home and between the grass-roots government and the villagers, and thus create a new type of village community, so as to build a stable, orderly and harmonious rural society
