上海市残疾人失业状况调查分析及对策研究

残疾人就业一直是党和国家高度关注的问题。上海市在推动残疾人实现更好就业创业方面,多措并举,成效显著。充分了解和把握失业残疾人的基本状况及就业需求是未来做好残疾人就业工作的关键抓手。文章采用问卷调查,对上海16个区残疾人失业状况进行调查。发现当前失业残疾人自身就业条件差,经济状况不容乐观,就业意愿并不强烈,期望从事收入高、离家近的工作,同时希望获得就业推荐等。基于此,提出更有效地推动失业残疾人就业的对策。

The employment for the disabled has been highly concerned issues of the party and the state. To promote better employment for the disabled, more and more measures have been put into practiceinShanghai, and have made a remarkable effect. The key to make a breakthrough in advancing the employment for the disabled is to fully understand the basic situation and employment needs of the unemployed people with disabilities. This study adopts questionnaire survey, investigating the unemployment for the disabled of 16 districts in Shanghai. And this study have found that the unemployed disabled people have poor employability and economic status, but the most of them said that their willingness to workwas not strong, and they expected to have a work with high income and close to home,andalsotheyhoped to obtain employment recommendation, etc. Finally, this study puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to promote employment for the unemployed disabled people.
