摘要 文中针对电能质量分析仪采集的宁夏某风电场并网点一段时间内的实测数据,以对我国风电并网电压、频率、功率波动、电能质量等指标进行限定的GB/T 19963-2011《风电场接入电力系统技术规定》为依据,确定风电场电能质量综合评估指标体系及等级界限,并采用模糊隶属度函数完成各等级界限的隶属度计算。用可信性理论实现隶属度和可信性测度的转化,并利用层次分析法(AHP)求出指标权值,最终得到风电并网点多个电能质量指标综合权衡后的直观、唯一评估结果。 In this paper power, the quality comprehensive evaluation indicator series and all their level limits are built according to the monitoring data acquired by the power quality analyzers from one of the parallel points of Ningxia wind farms and the Technical Rule for Connecting Wind Farm to Power Network that prescribe a limit to voltage, frequency, power fluctuation, power quality, and so on. The membership degree of each indicator's level limit is calculated by the membership function, and its transformation to credibility measure is realized by credibility theory. Moreover, the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is applied to calculate the weight vector for each indicator, and finally got the intuitive, only electric power quality evaluation result of the wind farm.
