摘要
目前对纤维素纤维/氨纶混合物的定量分析方法有手工拆分法和二甲基甲酰胺法,手工拆分法费时费力,而二甲基甲酰胺法由于试剂对纤维素纤维的褪色影响,造成深色样品结果跟实际有一定的差异。针对这一情况,文中采用20%盐酸溶液在70℃下试验30min,所得结果偏差较小,具有较好的可行性。
There are two quantitative methods, decomposition and dimethylformamide, of blending fabric with cellulose fiber and spandex. The decomposition is time-consuming, while the dimethylformamide has colour fading on cellulose fiber, and the results of the deep-dyed samples are different from actual results. In view of this situation, the 20% hydrochloric acid is used to dissolve cellulose fiberat 70 ℃ for 30min. The deviation is smaller, and this method has better feasibility.
