This paper identifies the causes of the gate accidents via the partial structures and failure analysis, which is devoted to draw the public attention of the functions and failures of the elevator doors. The improvement of design, manufacture, installation, maintenance and safety technical specification of elevator are hope to be conducted, leading to the increasing safer elevator operation.
