摘要
裂纹是门座起重机最常见的故障,裂纹的存在给安全生产带来很大的隐患。文中以门座起重机人字架上的裂纹为例,结合ANSYS有限元软件和断裂力学理论对裂纹进行诊断及维修研究,研究结果可为裂纹的巡检与修复提供依据。该分析方法适用于门座起重机其它部件上的裂纹分析。
The crack is the most common failure of portal crane, and the existence of crack brings great hidden danger to the safety. In this paper, the crack on the A-frame of portal crane is taken as an example, and the diagnosis and maintenance of cracks are studied by combining the ANSYS finite element software with the fracture mechanics theory. The research can provide basis for the inspection and repair of cracks. The method is applicable to the analysis of cracks in other parts of the portal cranes.
