摩擦条件对服装面料沾污性能的影响

摘要 文中以不同材质的衬衫和羽绒面料为研究对象,分别探讨了干摩擦和湿摩擦两种状态下不同摩擦次数对试样沾污效果的影响,同时研究了不同含水率的摩擦污布与试样摩擦10次后试样的沾污效果。结果表明,不论是干摩擦还是湿摩擦,随着摩擦次数的增多,试样的沾污等级降低,当摩擦一定次数后,试样的沾污效果趋于稳定。污布的含水率越高,试样的沾污效果越明显。 The shirts and feather fabrics were used as research subjects, the effects of frictional times for dry friction and wet rubbing, and different moisture content of soiled cloth on the fabric contamination performance were discussed respectively. The results showed that whether the dry friction or wet friction increased with the increase of friction times, the contamination grade of the sample decreased, and when the friction was fixed a certain number of times, the contamination effect of the sample tended to be stable. The higher the moisture content, the more obvious the stain effect.
