摘要
文中首先阐述了微型糕点企业食品安全现状,其次分析了糕点主要存在菌落总数超标,超范围、超量使用食品添加剂,铝不合格等问题的原因,最后尝试建立并运行食品安全自查制度,初步探究应对的措施。
This paper expounds the present situation of food safety problem of the micro pastry enterprises, analyses the main total numbers of colony exceed, overuse food additives including aluminum, and finally tries to establish a system of food safety self-examination and find a way to solve the problems above.
