超高强度钢表面激光熔覆层的组织及力学性能 被引量:3

Microstructure and mechanical properties of laser cladding coating on surface of ultra-high strength steel

摘要 采用激光熔覆技术在30Cr Mn Si Ni2A钢表面制备了熔覆层,借助金相显微镜、显微硬度计、纳米压痕仪和拉伸试验机等对熔覆层的微观组织与力学性能进行了分析。结果表明:熔覆层与基体结合较好,主要由熔覆区、界面结合区、热影响区和基体4个区域构成。熔覆层的显微硬度、纳米硬度及弹性模量分别较基体提高约9.2%、4.0%和6.5%,熔覆层与基体具有相近的耐磨性。熔覆层的抗拉强度、屈服强度及断后伸长率分别为基体的91.3%、92%和89%,能够满足30Cr Mn Si Ni2A钢构件的损伤修复与再制造。 Laser cladding coating on surface of 30 Cr Mn Si Ni2 A was prepared by laser cladding,and microstructure and mechanical properties of the coating were analyzed by optical microscope,micro-hardness tester,nano-indentation tester and tensile tester. The results show that the cladding coating is well bonded to the substrate,which mainly consists of four parts of cladding zone,bonding zone,heat-affected zone and substrate. The microhardness,nanohardness and elastic modulus of the cladding coating are increased by 9. 2%,4. 0% and 6. 5%,respectively,referenced to those of the substrate. The laser cladding coating has similar wear resistance to the substrate. The tensile strength,yield strength and elongation of the cladding coating are 91. 3%,92% and 89% of that of the substrate respectively,which can meet the requirements for damage repair and remanufacturing of 30 Cr Mn Si Ni2 A steel parts.
