二次阳极氧化处理对TA2纯钛表面特性及抗腐蚀性的影响 被引量:2

摘要 以0.5 mol/L H2SO4为电解液,采用不同加压方式对TA2型工业纯钛进行阳极氧化处理。分别采用扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)及电化学工作站研究膜层表面色泽、形貌特征、成分及动电位极化曲线。结果表明:相比于一次阳极氧化处理,二次阳极氧化所获得的钝化膜的颜色更深,厚度更大,表面形貌更加致密平整,微孔数量更少具有更好的腐蚀抗性。 The TA2 industrially pure titanium was treated by anodic oxidation using sulfuric acid( 0. 5 mol/L) via different ways of applied voltage. The micro-morphology was observed by SEM and the element was researched by XPS,meanwhile,the potentiodynamic polarization curves were studied using electrochemical workstation. The results show that compared with the anodic oxidation treatment,the passivation film obtained by two-step anodization has a deeper color,a greater thickness,a more compact surface,a smaller number of micropores,and a better corrosion resistance.
