淬火冷却终止温度对Q&P处理TRIP800钢组织与性能的影响

Effect of quenching stop temperature on microstructure and mechanical properties of TRIP800 steel after Q&P process

摘要 研究了淬火冷却终止温度对Q&P处理TRIP800钢组织和力学性能的影响。利用拉伸试验机、XRD和金相显微镜进行了性能测试和组织分析。结果表明:经Q&P处理后的试验钢具有较高的强度和塑性,其微观组织主要为马氏体、贝氏体、铁素体和残留奥氏体,在淬火冷却终止温度为300℃时得到最佳的综合力学性能,抗拉强度达到969.09 MPa,伸长率达到28.24%,得到最高的强塑积27 GPa·%。 Effect of quenching stop temperature on microstructure and mechanical properties of TRIP800 steel was investigated. The mechanical properties were tested by universal tensile testing machine, the microstrueture was observed by optical microscope and the residual austenite content was measured by X-ray diffraction (XRD). The results show that after Q&P heat treatment, the experimental steel can obtain high strength and high plasticity, and its microstructure mainly consists of martensite, bainite, ferrite and retained austenite. When the quenching stop temperature is 300 ℃, the experimental TRIP800 steel after Q&P processing can get a preferable combination of strength and toughness, with its tensile strength and elongation being 969.09 MPa and 28.24% respectively, resulting in the product of strength and elongation being more than 27 GPa ·%.
