摘要
针对感应加热电源功率调节问题,分析了电源的整体结构和逆变器的工作状态,给出了基于脉宽移相(PS-PWM)和锁相控制相结合的电源功率调节方案,通过理论计算得到了电源输出的功率与移相角的关系。运用MATLAB软件中SIMULINK模块搭建了模型并进行仿真分析,仿真结果表明采用这种方法不仅可以使电源连续自动的输出功率,同时具有较大的移相角功率调节范围。
In view of the modulation of super-frequency induction heating power supply,the structure of theinduction heating power supply and working characteristics of the inverterwere analyzed,a method which combines pulse-width and phase-shift power modulation with phaselocked control to achieve the output power adjustment was presented. The relationship between output power and phase-shift angle was obtained through theoretical calculation. MATLAB was used to carry out the modelling,simulation and analyzation,the results show that this method can achieve the output power continuous adjustment in a wide range of phase-shift angle.
