淬火后直接矫直对NM400耐磨钢残余应力的影响 被引量:5

Effect of direct straightening after quenching on residual stress of NM400 wear-resistant steel

摘要 利用XRD测量残余应力的方法,在X射线衍射仪上测量了NM400耐磨钢在不同处理工艺下矫直后的残余应力,研究了耐磨钢NM400淬火后直接矫直对残余应力的影响。结果表明:NM400热轧后淬火处理,会产生较大的残余应力,而后直接进行矫直,对残余应力会起到一定的消除作用。热轧淬火后矫直,矫直量影响残余应力大小,随着矫直量增加,残余应力呈现先减小后增大的趋势,矫直量在0~2%时,残余应力最小。 Residual stress of NM400 wear-resistant steel under different treatments was measured using X-ray diffractometer. Effect of direct straightening after quenching without tempering on residual stress of the NM400 wear-resistant steel was investigated. The results show that the quenching after hot rolling of wear-resistant steel will bring residual stress,then the straightening will partly eliminate of the residual stress. When directly straightened after quenching,the straightening quantity influences the residual stress. With the increase of the straightening amount,the residual stress decreases first and then increases,and when the amount of straightening is 0 ~ 2%,the residual stress is the minimum.
