摘要
利用磁粉探伤对某批列车用高频淬火销轴进行无损检测,发现圆周方向批量出现多路磁痕,对磁痕进行了分析判定。结果表明:磁痕为组织不均匀产生漏磁场而形成的非相关显示,工件力学性能不受影响,且销轴硬度达46~49HRC,满足技术要求,因此判定该批销轴可正常使用。
On the magnetic particle inspecting a batch of high frequency induction hardened pins for railway train,multi-path magnetic marks in the direction of the circumference of the pins were discovered,and then analyzed and evaluated. The results show that the magnetic marks are the non-relevant indication which were formed by leakage magnetic field and caused by uneven hardened microstructure,the mechanical properties of the work-piece are not affected,and the hardness of these axis pins reach to 46-49 HRC,and meet the technical requirements.Therefore,it come to the conclusion that this batch of high frequency induction hardened pins can be used.
