Research on Yancheng's Development under the Perspective of “One Belt One Road”

"一带一路"是国家的战略决策,旨在推动沿线各国实现经济政策协调,开展更大范围、更高水平、更深层次的区域合作,共同打造开放、包容、均衡、普惠的区域经济合作架构,促进区域跨越式发展。对此,盐城应根据自身经济发展和对外经贸情况,提高对外开放能力,谋求发展机会,积极融入国家的"一带一路"发展战略中。可积极采取改善交通软硬环境、降低物流成本,创新发展模式,培育"走出去"企业,推动产业集群转型升级,全面提升国际竞争力等措施,把盐城建设成为产业强市。

＂One Belt One Road＂ is a national strategy aimed at promoting coordination of the economic policies along each country, to carry out a wider range, higher level and deeper regional cooperation, and jointly create an open, inclusive, balanced and mutual-beneficial regional economic cooperation framework, thus to promote great-leap-forward regional development. Hence,Yancheng should improve the ability of opening to the outside world according to their own economic development and its foreign trade and economic situation, seek development opportunities, actively integrate into the country ＇s ＂the Belt and Road＂ development strategy. It should also improve hard and soft environment of the traffic by taking measures such as reducing the logistics cost, innovating the development mode and cultivating the ＂exporting out＂ enterprises,promoting the transformation and upgrading of industrial cluster, comprehensively improving international competitiveness, and building Yancheng into a powerful industrial city.
