摘要
随着经济发展进入新常态,天津市商贸流通领域以及居民消费层次、结构、方式和理念正在发生深刻变化。天津市商务系统积极采取上下联动、精准集成、融合创新、深化应用等措施,使2015年天津市消费品市场实现稳步增长。其具体表现为网络消费动力强劲,线上线下加速融合,消费升级不断加快。但仍存在市场供需脱节、企业创新不足、产业体系不完善等急需改善和提高的地方。因此,今后还应坚持市场导向,明确发展方向、聚焦薄弱环节,加快弥补短板、紧扣突出问题,优化营商环境、研究支持政策,助推供给侧结构性改革。
With the economy entering into the new normal, there are significant changes on consumption level, consumption structure, consumption mode and consumption concept in the field of commercial circulation. Tianjin commerce sectors have tried their best to maintain a stable growth on consumer market in 2015 by the united efforts between superior and subordinate departments, the resource integration, the integrated innovation and the deepening application. The growth was represented by the powerful driving force on network consumption, the fast integration between online and offline and the speed-up on consumption upgrading. However, there are problems required to be solved such as the gap between supply and demand, the lack of innovative capacity and the imperfection of industrial system. Therefore, promoting the structural reform of the supply front will depend on adhering to market-orientation, clarifying the development direction,focusing on the weak points, making up the shortcomings, attaching importance to the major problems, optimizing the business environment and studying on policy support.
