和田职业学校电子商务人才培养的路径

摘要 全球经济一体化使电子商务行业迅猛发展,同时电子商务人才需求量也逐步上升。在新疆和田地区电子商务消费环境尚未成熟,消费者观念仍比较落后。目前该地区职业学校在电商人才培养模式方面存在专业定位不清,课程设置欠佳,技能训练和实践环节缺乏,"网店教学"偏离教学方向等不足。因此应按照市场实际需要制定培养计划,划分具体培养方向,加强实践教学,提高学生敢于竞争的能力,改变其就业理念,以培养出优秀的、适应企业发展需求的电商人才。 With the development of economic globalization, e-commerce has grown rapidly and demands for e-commerce talents has also been rising. However, in Khotan prefecture of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, the environment for e-commerce consumption is less well-developed and the consumption ideas are still backward. In terms of cultivation of e-commerce talents, vocational schools in Khotan are nagged by some problems: vague orientation of training mode, unreasonable curriculum setup, lack of skill training and practice and deviation of Online-store teaching from the right direction. The author suggest that we formulate the cultivation program according to the real market demand, classify specific direction, strengthen practice teaching,stimulate students to braving competition and change their employment concepts. Only in this way can we produce proficient e-commerce personnel to meet the requirements of developing enterprises.
