专业英语(ESP)教学质量保障体系研究——基于高职中外合作办学环境下

Guarantee System of ESP Teaching Quality in Sino-foreign Educational Cooperation Programs

从中外合作办学情况来看,ESP课程可以为后续进行专业课的学习打下坚实的基础,是顺利衔接国内和国外专业学习的必修课,也是中外合作办学教学目标是否可以实现的重要因素。然而,目前的高职中外合作办学ESP教学仍存在诸多问题,例如缺乏统一规范化指导和系统性建设、ESP师资力量薄弱、教学模式陈旧以及专业英语教材质量不高等。基于此,构建包括教学过程监控体系、教学条件保障体系、教学管理组织体系和教学质量评价体系在内的中外合作办学ESP教学质量保障体系显得尤为必要。

In Sino-foreign educational cooperation programs, ESP courses work as the basis of following specialized courses. They are also compulsive courses to connect domestic and overseas study. The teaching quality of ESP courses may well influence the realization of the teaching objective of the joint education. At present, many problems still exist in this respect. There is not unified regulation and systematic construction. Vocational colleges have less qualified teachers.Teaching modes are out-dated and ESP textbooks are of poor quality. Therefore, it is imperative that we build a comprehensive quality guarantee system which includes teaching process monitoring system, teaching condition guarantee system, teaching management and organization system and teaching quality evaluation system.
