超声场对大规格2219铝合金铸锭微观缺陷的影响 被引量:5

Effects of Ultrasonic Field on Micro-defects in Large Size 2219 Aluminum Alloy Ingot

摘要 为了探究功率超声对ф1 250mm大规格2219铝合金铸锭微观缺陷的影响,对试样打磨抛光处理后进行扫描电镜能谱分析以及光学显微分析。结果表明,超声铸锭氧化夹杂含量显著减少(下降了21%),缺陷平均尺寸从10.606μm减小到8.096μm,下降了23.7%,但是超声铸锭微观缺陷数量有所增加(由2 452上升到3 786)。功率超声可以有效抑制大规格铝合金铸锭中大尺寸微观缺陷的出现。 In order to explore effects of power ultrasound on micro-defects in large size 2219 aluminum alloy ingot with a diameter of 1 250 mm,the specimens after being polished were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),energy spectrum analysis and optical microscopic analysis.The results show that the content of oxide inclusion in ultrasonic ingot is decreased significantly by 21%.The average size of defects is decreased from 10.606μm to 8.096μm by 23.7%.However,the number of micro defects in ultrasonic ingot is increased from 2 452 to 3 786,which proves that power ultrasound can restrain effectively the emergence of large size micro defects in large size aluminum alloy ingot.
