黑龙江省残疾人高等职业教育现状及对策研究

Situation and Countermeasures of Higher Vocational Education in Heilongjiang Province

实施残疾人高等职业教育是提高残疾人生活质量,促进残疾人康复的重要手段。黑龙江省残疾人高等职业教育刚刚起步,专业设置虽考虑到残疾人身心特点,但传统单一;人才培养方向明确,但定位笼统;课程设置全面,但内容陈旧;师资队伍具有专业水平,但缺乏特殊教育训练。针对上述现象,采取的解决对策有拓展残疾人高等职业教育的专业范围;明确残疾人高等职业教育的人才培养定位;设置新型的残疾人高等职业教育课程;构建高素质的残疾人高等职业教育师资队伍。

It is the most important means that we implement the higher vocational education for the disabled in Heilongjiang Province. It can improve the lives of the disabled and guarantee their basic rights. Currently, it is the early stage of higher vocational education in Heilongjiang province. Professional setting considered physical and psychological characteristics of the disabled, but it was traditional and single. Talents direction was clear, but position was the general. Curriculum was comprehensive, but the content was stale. Teachers had professional level, but they lacked special education training. Our strategies are that we will expand expertise and clear positioning personnel training. We will set the new curriculum and train quality teachers too.
