The establishment of the talent cultivation scheme is the foundation of talent cultivation. For the logistics management major in an applied college, the establishment of the cultivation scheme should have accurate positioning, highlight the characteristics, construct the course system reasonably, integrate theory with practice, value the innovation and entrepreneurship education, and conform to the development of logistics industry and local economy so as to cultivate the qualified applied logistics management talents.
