辽宁机电职业技术学院对高职工业过程自动化技术专业实行了"五个对接",创新"四级递进"式一体化课程体系,实现了与行业企业紧密合作。开发的工作任务让学生有兴趣,建设了一体化的实训基地,培养了一支适应现代职业教育的师资队伍。人才培养中,将知识学习、技能训练、素质培养融为一体,将学习与工作融为一体,将校园文化与企业文化融为一体,实现了学校到企业的完美过渡。

Liaoning Mechatronics College implements the ＂five dockings＂ in higher vocational industrial automation technology, innovates the integrated course system of ＂four steps＂, and achieves the close cooperation with industry enterprises. The developed working task arouses student learning interest, constructs the integrated training base, and cultivates the teaching team suitable for modem vocation education.
