摘要
竞技式教学作为以培养选拔优秀人才为目标,以竞技为途径、办法,以全程规划、分段逐级推进为基本策略,采用目标管理、质量控制、强化养成的方式,快速提升学生综合素质的一种教学运作方式,由于其在学生工匠精神素质养成和提升等方面具有开发、激励、强化等实践作用,是一项值得普遍关注的重要培养方式。
Competitive teaching is a method of teaching operation to improve students＇ comprehensive qualities. Its aim is to train and select excellent talents by the way of competition, and the whole-process planning and the step-by-step promotion are its basic strategies. The teaching adopts target management, quality control and strengthened cultivation. It is an important cultivation method for its development, motivation and strengthening function in the training and promoting the craftsman spirit.
