学生发展理论对我国高职院校学生管理的启示 被引量:1

摘要 职业教育发展至今,各院校在办学模式、专业建设、人才培养计划等方面表现出了趋同化的倾向。当前,国内高职院校在学生管理方面存在的不足,已逐渐成为制约人才培养进一步发展的障碍。美国高校拥有较长的办学历史,逐渐构建起了以学生发展理论为核心的学生事务管理理论。该理论将学生置于中心位置,服务全面、运行高效,有力保障了正常教学秩序的开展和人才培养模式的高效进行。这对于当前我国的高职教育而言,具有全面而深刻的借鉴作用。 With the development of vocational education, colleges and universities have shown a tendency to assimilate in the educational mode, professional construction and talent training program. At present, the shortage of students' management in higher vocational colleges has become an obstacle to further development of talents training. American colleges and universities have a long history of running schools, and have gradually built the theory of student affairs management centered on student development theory. This theory puts students in a central position, and the service is comprehensive and efficient, which effectively guarantees the development of normal teaching order and the efficient development of talent training mode. Higher vocational education in our country can use the theory for reference.
